Team Report 04-18-06
Andrew Reynolds was out in Arizona on an Emerica trip with Leo Romero, Matt Allen and Emerica flow riders Colin Provost and Lionel Rocha last week. He flew home early from Phoenix to spend Easter with his family up in Lake Arrowhead, California.
Andrew is stoked that he left the Arizona trip early, as we are currently stuck in the small, middle-of-nowhere town of Blythe, California (on the Arizona border), where our van has called it quits on us. We've had a bit of a bad luck streak on this trip. Besides getting stranded in the desert, Leo and Matt got the privilege of seeing the inside of the Scottsdale, Arizona city jail after we got busted at a marble hubba spot a few nights back. Leo and Matt were the only ones who got arrested, because they were skating the hubba. The cops made us sit on a curb for two hours while they “investigated” the situation. It was so lame.
Heath Kirchart has been skating around SoCal with Alien Workshop filmer Greg Hunt. He has also been keeping busy with his Subsect skate shop in Des Moines, Iowa.
Kevin Long returned home from New York on Friday, where he kicked it with some friends and skated a bit, as well.
Bryan Herman has been setting up everything at his new home in Victorville, California. He has also been skating a bit, getting a lot of his flatground tricks back, and even learned a couple on new ones. Bryan threw together a sweet Easter egg hunt for some kids in Victorville on Sunday. He got a bunch of plastic eggs and stuck pieces of paper in each one with different prizes written on them. Some of the prizes included Emerica footwear, Baker decks, Spitfire wheels, T- shirts, and some even had cash in them. Those kids were stoked, for sure! Isn’t Bryan a nice guy?
Ed Templeton and Austin Stephens are currently down under in Australia on a Toy Machine tour for a couple of weeks, filming for the upcoming Suffer The Joy video.
Aaron Suski and Brandon Westgate are finishing up a Birdhouse trip this week through Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, filming for their upcoming video and doing a few demos along the way.
Chris Senn is still in China with the Oakley team, skating the Shang Hai Skatepark and also hitting up a lot of sick street spots.
Braydon Szafranski is still buzzing from the surprise Goin' Pro party Baker threw for him last week. He’s been skating and filming around Los Angeles with his homies.

blyth is like 2 hours from here, i go every once in a while for the colorado river, that really sucks for them cause blythe is this hickass town. MAKE SURE YOU SUCKAS GO TO THE TASTY FREEZE OUT THERE!

oh man. first off props to braydon for going pro. That shit is ill. And second, you guys should just chill, maybe enjoy the nice weather, and shoot some super 8 while you're stuck in hicksville. Make the best of it. Haha props to herman as well for getting his bunny on for holidays.
p.s. spank lucked out, ny has had pretty good weather lately. haha i hope he wasnt too bored with our wide selection of spots.

Yeah, that whole trip was almost a lost cause. Everyone got robbed on that 11 and matt and leo getting arrested just topped it off. I was your tour guide. no more marble hubba.
