Dennis "Polar Bear" Agnew was one of the most respected skaters in the Venice area in the 80's. He started out skating in the early 70's when clay wheels were beggining to fade away. Most of PBs style came from the park where he mostly progressed in skating, hoping for better bowls, pipes, and parks to be made in the near future of his time.
