Well Andrew you just turned 30 today. Congrats! Well since you are 30 now you should think about retiring. You're not gonna be fs flipping southern california highschool stair sets all your life ya know. You should think about retiring since you're growing old and crusty. By the way Ed, you should definitely retire. You're old enough to be my dad!!!
