Well a Double-Double is like $2.89 (double meat, double cheese) and then they charge you like a buck for each additional patty+cheese so...this one looks like it's about a 25-stack, which would put you in the neighborhood of $30.
Unfortunately, this wasn't mine, I just stole the pic from teh internets. The biggest I've gotten is a 4x4, which is exactly what it sounds like: a meat & cheese bath for your mouth.
