on photoshop or any tricks???

  1. In photoshop, make a new layer, cover it in the color/ colors you want, turn down the opacity and use a blending mask.

  3. lol, you could also use curves to lighten the picture and some color corrections to get the hue your looking for, then burn it a little for that grainy look
