Ian, I feel the same as you. I am really thrown off by the color scheme she is trying to go for. The glare in the mirror is blinding as well. As for the traces of gold hardware on the bed, it gives the room a very rich feel. I wish I could see what was in the middle of the bed, but the field of vision is blocked.
